Abstract
Background: Diabetes Mellitus is still a health problems in the world. DM are the condition of the increasing blood sugar levels are at risk of give rise to complications and microvascullar. Prevalence of DM continues to rise around the world to including in Indonesia. One complication DM are for damaged the integrity of tissue that happened because of a pain sensations because of neuropathy. Objective: Describing the care of nursing and run to and fro the integrity of tissue in two patiens DM at RSUD dr. Sudirman Kebumen. Method: A kind of a design on this research is cases with study sample 2 patiens post to the lower extremity of debridement. Intervention to 2 patiens done modern dressing. Result: Having given it is expected that the increase in intervention modern treatment of injuries on the outcome for the assessment DESIGN-R. Recommendation: DM suffers and run to and fro the integrity of you have a fear of tissue cleanliness, health legs and do the treatment of injuries to assist with the maturasi the tissue.
