Abstract
Background: Breast milk does not come out, namely a condition that does not produce milk or at least the production of breast milk. This is due to the effect of the hormone oxytocin which is less working because of the lack of stimulation of baby suction which activates the work of the oxytocin hormone. One of the actions that need to be taken is to maximize the quality and quantity of breast milk, namely back massage or oxytocin massage. Purpose: This scientific paper aims to provide an overview of nursing care by applying oxytocin massage to increase milk production in post partum mothers. Method: This type of research uses descriptive research with a case study approach. Data collection is obtained through interviews, physical examination, observation and documentation. Results: After taking ocytocin massage every morning and evening for three successive days with a duration of 10-15 minutes, breast milk production is increased and the adequacy of breast milk increases. Conclusion: Application of effective oxytocin massage to increase milk production
