The background of this problem scientific paper based on data from obtained from various sources of literature that states need acute pain is one form of early rehabilitation in hernia inguinnalis lateral patients. The general purpose of writing a scientific paper is to provide an overview of the problem of the nursing care needs of feel comfrort with acute pain to patient pre and post operation hernia inguinalis. From data mentioned be obtained the acute pain problem relted, dficincy of knowledge, risk in infection. Interverension: study pain and relaxation distraxion guided imagery and wound care.
