Abstract
Background: Sectio Cesarean (SC) is an act of removing the fetus and plesenta through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterine wall intact. Post operative pain if left untreated will lead to physical and psychological reactions in the postpartum mother so if is control pain needed, one of them is nonpharmacological therapy with benson relaxation. Geberal Purpose: Explaining of nursing care to apply therapy for benson relaxation in patients with acute pain nursing problems. Results of Nursing Care: Nursing diagnoses that appear on the clients, namely acute pain associated with physical injury agents, pain management intervention benson relaxation techniques, implementation provides benson relaxation techniques for 10-15 minutes, evaluation of acute pain controlled. Recommendation: Management of benson relaxation pain is effective in handling acute pain problems associated with physical injury agents.
