Abstract
Background: Kanulation is a procedure that caused by psychological problems in the form of anxiety and physical pain in the form of large needle insertions during HD action. Strategies to reduce pain by using a non-pharmacological approach, one of which is cold compresses. Objective: Describing of nursing care analysis for acute pain femoral access inlet in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in dr. Soedirman Hospital Kebumen Results: Nursing diagnoses that appeared on clients acute pain associated with physical injury agents: blunt force trauma. Action: Taken in handling acute pain problems associated with physical injury agents: blunt force trauma, the authors gave cold compresses. Evaluation: The evaluation results indicate a decrease in pain symptoms from the scale of moderate to mild pain after cold compresses are done.
