Abstract
Background: Cancer Mamae is big problem for world wide, based on who (2012) cancer prevalency as much 1.677.000 case, cancer mamae can make an comfortable for someone, as much 61% of ca mamae complained pain. Assesment: Mrs.E, 38 years old with post surgery of Mastectomy technique, she complained feeling pain in arround her right breast, pain rised everytime with pain scale 6, looked bandage in her right breast. Klien feel like vomiting and feeling uncomfort in her mouth, she talked she didn’t which recommend. Nursing Diagnosis: Akut pain related to with physic damage surgery wound),vomiting associated with tumor(adenocarsinoma) infection risk, related with invasive procedural, Low of knowledge about diet desease. Nursing Care: Pain monitoring comprehensively (PQRST), tought nonfarmacology methode like deep breathing & distraction relaxation, measure vital signs, collaborated to give analgesic, suggested patient to take a rest adequately, gave health promoting about diit post surgery mastectomy. Evaluation: One of nursing diagnosis in this case, acut pain still didn’t clear. Recomendation: Distraction and relaxation deep breathing can decrease pain
