Abstract

Background: dermatitis is an inflammatory disease of skin are very common. If it survives until a period of time then commonly referred to as eczema, a skin disease that is chronic, characterized by itching, can form lesions that are polymorphs and subjective symptoms of itching, can be caused by endogenous or exogenous, injury to the acute stage, on the stage of chronic characterized by thickening of the skin (lichenification) and distribution in accordance with the specific lesions of atopic dermtitis phase, this condition is also associated with other atopic conditions in patients or their families. Objective: to describe the family nursing care dermatitis, to describe the nursing care nursing and family diagnosis kelolahan with dermatitis problems. Conclusions: Assessment of nursing care that has been done to one of the families living in the village sampng excl. Sempor kab kebumen. Based on the results of this assessment and some maladaptik behavior that has been done in the family can be right that the main health problem is damage to skin integrity.
