Abstract
Background:Communication is an important aspect that sholud be owned by the treament in performaming nursing care. Nurses who have a thearpeutic communication skill will not be easy to establish a relationship of trust with the patient, and can provide professional satisfaction in service to improve the patient satisfaction with nurse communication would be useful in monitoring and increasing quality health service. Purpose: Fending out Relationship Thearpeutic Nurse patient Satifaction Pre instalastion of central Surgical Operation I PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Method: This research used descriptive correltive study disign, the sample in this study as there were 163 respondets, the sample where taken by accidental sampling. The data test statistic. Using a nurse therapetic communication questionare with 24 items of questions and patient statisfaction whit 3 items question. Research result: The level of nurse therapeutic communication and majorrity patient statisfaction is suffcient. Result of the analisis showed a significant relationship between therapeutic communication nurse with preoperative patient satisfaction in central Surgical instalation PKU Muahmmadiyah Hospital Gombong (P=0.000,P<0.05). Korelari coefficent r=0587. Conclusion: There is a communiation link whith the therapeutic nurse preoperative patient staifaction in central Surgical Instalation PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Recommadation: PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital is pround to hold an inhouse traning on therapeutic communication in patient for employes, especialy nurses. For the next research caN RESEARCH IN ANOTHER NURSING ROOM.
