Abstract
Background: A thalasemia patient has his own rights on living, social support, education, and his family or parents on accompaniment. The present of the associationg experts such as doctor, nurse, analyst, and nutritionist is highly essential in parts of client and his family treatments. Meanwhile, a client and his family are the decision makers supporting for susteinable hospitalizing for transfusion and intake ferrum theraphy. General Purpose: To implement and discribe Self Modification Assistance on Nursing Treatment under nursing diagnose for ineffective family health management on clients of Thalasemi. Results on Nursing Treatment: Provide Self Modification Assistance in Thalasimia patients with the problem of ineffectiveness in managing the family. Recommendation: Self Modification Assistance Interfference may be applied on clients of Thalasimia under ineffective family health management in terms of discontinuing hospitalizing treatment on Thalasemia.
