Result: Based on the test Independent t-test is obtained by questionnaire Asthma Control Test (ACT) diagphrgmatic breathing exercise posttest 0,0000, breath in the 0,001 and relaxation of 0.003, while the questionnare Asthma Therapy Assessment Questionnare (ATAQ) techniques diaphracmatic breathing exercise 0,005, breath in the 0,030 and relaxation 0.012. Conclusion: Based on the results of the pre and pos-test analysis of these three groups diagphragmatic breathing exercise techniques are most effective in reducing the recurrence of asthma, and there is the influence of breathing retraining effectivenness against asthma control (p<0.05).
