Abstract
Background: Fractures are loss of continuity of bone, joint cartilage, epiphyseal cartilage, both total and partial. Handling of fractures can be surgery or without surgery, including immobilization, reduction, and rehabilitation and in surgery one of them is orif. Nursing problems that often appear in post fracture surgery that cause physical mobility disorders. ROM rehabilitative therapy plays a role in maintaining, repairing and restoring the patient's functional abilities as before. Based on data from December 2018, there were 51 orthopedic surgeries in the RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Objective: To know the analysis of nursing on post orif crurical fractures patients with rom application in seruni rsud.prof.dr.margono soekarjo purwokerto Method: This study used a descriptive method by analyzing ROM actions on obstacles to physical mobility. Results: After ROM application in patient I there was an increase in muscle strength from 1 to 3, and in patient II the increase in muscle strength from 1 to 2, and in patient III there was an increase in muscle strength from 1 to 3 After ROM application in patient 1St there was an increased in muscle strength from 1 to 3, and in patient 2nd the was increased in muscle strength from 1 to 2, and in patient 3rd the was an increased in muscle strength from 1 to 3. Conclusion: There is an increased muscle strength after ROM application in patients Recommendation: It is expected that the next researcher can do ROM well and more often so that there can be a significant increase in muscle strength
