Abstract
Background: Fracture is the breakdown of bone on tissue continuity either partial or total. In these conditions, changes in the tissue surrounding the bone fragments into the shift resulting in impaired function of the muscles and joint so that it appears the bottleneck problem of physical mobility. One of the measures for dealing with the condition that the exercise ROM. Objective: To provide an overview of nursing care of fulfillment mobilization problems in clients with physical mobility problems barriers, especially in patients with post ORIF femur fractures. Nursing Care: Current assessment say the authors obtain client data left thigh cramp difficulty in moving the client, it appears the operation wound dressing 40 cm on the left thigh.
