Abstract
Background: This scientific paper is based on data obtained from various sources of literature that states that sexuality needs a high-risk pregnancy problems. High-risk pregnancy complications could potentially happen to maternal and infant mortality, a frequent complication is postpartum hemorrhage uri lagging, not confinement forward / obstructed labor and infections. Efforts pencegahanya the safe motherhood program through family planning. However, based on the assessment are pregnant with an IUD Ny.S case still attached causing problems with the risk of disruption nursing mother and fetus with domaian fulfillment of sexuality. Purpose and limitations: Being able to describe the family nursing care at Ny.S to meet the needs of sexuality in the village of the District Sumono Gombong. Nursing care: In the discussion of nursing problems that arises is the risk of interference with the mother and fetus domaian fulfillment of sexuality. Intervention and implementation including reviewing the level of the client's knowledge about the risk of disruption in the mother and fetus, conduct health education to families in the process of pregnancy which include: stress in pregnant women, the impact of stress on pregnant women, the risk of stress in pregnant women, cope with stress in pregnant women, risks in pregnant women with Conclusion: the peer group is effective in improving knowledge of clients and families so that they can cope with problems of sexuality nursing needs of pregnant women, the risk of pregnant women with IUD still attached, and monitor physical and psychosocial risk during pregnancy
