Abstract
Background: Craniotomy is a surgical procedure by opening the skull to provide direct access to the brain. Some complications that can occur in patients after surgical craniotomy, one of which is an increase in intracranial pressure. One of the self-care actions that nurses can take is to provide a position of head elevation 300. Objective: To analyze nursing care in patients with nursing problems cerebral tissue perfusion disorders in the post craniotomy in the ICU ICU Hospital Prof.dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Method: The type of design of this study is a case study study with the number of respondents used by 3 people Results: Based on the results of analysis of the three patients given head elevation therapy, there was a change in hemodynarnic status within normal limits. Recomendation: Actions of 30 degree head elevation can be carried out independently by nurses in overcoming an increase in intracranial pressure in the treatment of post craniotomy patients.
