Abstract

Background : Patients who experience non-hemorrhagic strokes will speech disorder / aphasia. Stroke patients who aphasia need to speak therapy, remembering speech and communication are influential factors in interaction Objective : To explain nursing care by providing AIUEO therapy in non�hemorrhagic stroke patients with communication problems Method :Using a descriptive case study method in 3 subjects who aphasia motoric with AIUEO therapy for 3x24 hours Results : Patients who disorder verbal communication barriers after being given nursing innovations in the form of AIUEO therapy showed that there was an increase in communication skills in patients Recommendations :Expected to the next researcher, conduct a case study on the rehabilitations of stroke patients who aphasia motoric using the blowing pipe training method
