Abstract
Background: Teenagers that experienced desmenorea in the world around 90 %, Desmenorea is disorder that occurs in adolescents already suffering one of menstruation, This disorders occurring at the time of before and after menses. If the pain of Desmenorea is left continuously it can interfere with daily activities in adolescents. Therapy program needs to be done to reduce pain desmenorea by providing nonfarmakologi therapy by using the application of water coconut Purpose: Application nonfarmakologi technique using water coconut young, to reduce pain desmenorea, So as not to disturb the activity of daily in adolescents in the village dugouts Sub-Districk sempor. Metode: System to be used by a writer which is a method of descriptive, an instrument that will be used is the means of measuring pain numerical rating scale (NRS). Measured before, and after dilakukanya coconut young, therapy the provision of water this study was conducted on the 09 december 2019 up to 22 january 2020. A subject of study cases is the teenager, who was menstrual and is undergoing menstrual pain at the time, Data were collected by means of interview, observation, implementation, evaluation and documentation.
