Abstract
Background :According to the World Health Organization (WHO) 2015, more than 30% of people in the world have iron deficiency anemia and 48.9% are mostly found in adolescent girls. Objective:Aiming to provide an overview of family nursing care with ineffective health care issues in adolescent girls with anemia Method: Descriptive method uses a case study approach with examination of hemoglobin levels before and after to determine the increase in hemoglobin levels in the developmental stage of adolescent children with anemia. this was done on 30 December 2019 to 5 January 2020 sample of 2 families, with the characteristics of families who have children aged 15-18 years, adolescents who live with parents for 7x meetings. Results: interventions and implementation carried out in the form of health education and green bean drinks to overcome anemia in adolescents. In the evaluation conducted during the 7x meeting, a significant result was found in increasing the knowledge and hemoglobin level of the An.E family, increasing the hemoglobin level to 11.6 g / dl from the start and the An.N family experiencing an increase in the hemoglobin level to 10.3 g / dl from the initial results and showed an increase in hemoglobin levels in children.
