Abstract
Background:The incidence of dental caries RISKESAS (riset asar kesehatan) states the number of dental caries in palaverence children is very high in the United States to get 84% the incidence of dental caries, in China get 76% Whereas in and in the country of Brazil which is 53.6%. families of pre-school children are families who have children aged 3-6 years, fairy tales can be effective for mining the moral intelligence of preschool children, so the authors are interested in giving family nursing care about health behaviors tend to be at risk of children affected by dental caries Objective: provide an overview of care family nursing With health behaviors tend to be risky in the Village of Sampang District of Sempor Method: this research is descriptive using a case study method approach. Family participants with preschool children with dental caries The research instrument is a tool used to measure or assess variables in the research subjects. The instruments or tools used in this case study were toothbrushes, toothpaste / toothpaste, nursing care format, observation sheets, questionnaires, fairy tale texts, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) tooth brushing conducted on January 8- January 11, 2020. Results : intervention and implementation that have been done in the form of both families in the development stage of preschool children with dental caries, health behaviors tend to be risky. after nursing action by giving a fairytale and tooth brushing demonstration, and health care during 5x visits the two families understand how to brush teeth properly and also remind their children to always brush their teeth diligently. In this case study the frequency of brushing increased to 3x a day brushing teeth. Recommendation: theapplication of fairy tales is an effective way of introducing teeth brushing behavior, especially in early childhood in a pleasing way
