Abstract

Background: Stroke is a disease or acute focal or global functional brain disorder due to obstruction of blood circulation in the brain. Quality of life is an important goal to be achieved so that the quality of life is in line with the level of welfare. It is hoped that the more prosperous the quality of life will be higher. Quality of life is influenced by the degree of health. Quality of life is the individual's perception of the post-stroke patient of his position in life. Research purposes: Knowing the Literature Review About the Quality of Life for Post-Stroke Patients. Method: The research method used is a literature study with the PICO feamwork approach. Research result: Based on the results of journal analysis and The article found a description of the quality of life of post-stroke patients, where the quality of life of post-stroke patients is getting better when they get family support, family support, both moral and material, plays an important role in improving the quality of life of post-stroke patients, with a statistical value of p value 0.000 which means there is a relationship family support with the quality of life of post-stroke patients. Conclusion: In this literature review, family support plays an important role in improving the quality of life for a better standard of life for post-stroke patients to undergo the healing and treatment process. Recommendation: It is hoped that further researchers will be able to conduct direct research to determine the effect of family support on the quality of post-stroke patients.
