Abstract

Background, Patient’s satisfaction is the first indicator of the hospital and a measure of service quality. Low patient’s satisfaction has an impact on the number of hospital visits, while the facilities provided by the hospital to the patients will also have an impact on patient’s satisfaction, where the needs of patients will increase from time to time. The results of a preliminary study conducted in December 2019 at Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital, showed that out of 5 inpatients, there 2 people were dissatisfied and 3 people were satisfied with the facilities provided by the hospital. Objective, Determining the level of patient’s satisfaction with inpatient installation facilities at Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Research Method, This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a survey approach. The sample was 93 respondents. Results, Respondents was satisfied with inpatient installation facilities (95.7%). Respondents was satisfied with the completeness of inpatient installation facilities (96.8%). Respondents was satisfied with the facilities supporting inpatient installation services (95.7%). Respondents was satisfied with the cleanliness of inpatient installation facilities (96.8%). Conclusion, Respondents was satisfied with inpatient installation facilities (95.7%). Recommendation, For further researcher are expected to be able to conduct an analysis test regardin
