Abstract
Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever or dengue fever is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and is transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito that is characterized by fever two to seven days without obvious cause, weak or lethargic, anxiety, heartburn, and also accompanied by bleeding in the skin in the form of bleeding spots or petechia, rash (purpura) Objective: Give a sense of comfortable nursing care of pain with non-pharmacological techniques. Disscussion: When examined on June 9, 2016 clients, complained of pain increases when moving, Pain like knead, abdominal pain in the upper right and heartburn, pain scale 6, Pain intermittent, diagnosis arises is Acute pain, Intervention and implementation is done is already done be taught how to compress to relieve pain in the abdomen, monitoring vital signs. The results of the evaluation concluded that diagnosis resolved in part by a client of said pain scale to 3, the client looks a little relaxed. Conclusion: Non-pharmacological ways to reduce pain integrity and provide security and comfort.
