Abstract

Background: Hypertension regarded as serious a health problem because of it unwittingly deadly causes Heart disease and Stroke. Hypertension is the condition in which blood vessels have high blood pressure. The measurement of blood pressure is one of the early detection from the hypertension risk factor, The PROLANIS activity in the puskesmas implemented to help better health goals from decreased blood pressure in hypertension patients. Goals: For the effect, Prolanis visits from high blood pressure in people with hypertension at Puskesmas Banjarnegara 2 working area. Method: This research uses the Analytic correlation method approach crosssectional. A technique used the total of a population which is 63 prolanis participants who suffer from hypertension. Research result: The research found most of the age 56-65 years old 63,5%, sex 55,6% women, job 38,1% retired, education 33,3% High School, PROLANIS visit 84,1% active. Significant value from active visit PROLANIS participants against reducing blood pressure from hypertension patients gained p-value = 0.002 Conclusions: The results impact Prolanis from decreased blood pressure in people with hypertension at Puskesman Banjarnegara 2 working area.
