There was a significant relationship between length of treatment (p=0.013), PMO (p=0.000), and comorbidities (p=0.009) with adherence. There was no significant relationship between age (p=0.167), gender (p=0.691), education (p=0.124), occupation (p=0.401), income (p=0.311), distance from home to hospital (p=0.373 ), and the type of patient (p=0,104) with adherence. Conclusion, the level of adherence to the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs in adult patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital has a moderate level of compliance. There is a significant relationship between duration of treatment, PMO, and comorbidities with adherence. Recommendation, Observations were carried out in two or more places so that they could be used as comparisons so that the results of the study were more varied.
