Abstract

The Background quality pharmaceutical service are health service that cas satisfy every service user in accordance with the level of patient satisfaction, and their implementation is in accordance with service standards that have been set according to the regulation of the minister of health No.72 of 2016. The standard of pharmaceutical services at the public health center also makes the patient satisfaction survey one of the evaluations to assess the achievement of the implementation of pharmaceutical services at the public health center. This study aims to obtain an overview of the level of satisfaction of outpatient with pharmaceutical services at the mirit public health center, kebumen regency. The method used is descriptive research by looking at the description of the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at mirit public health center kebumen regency and data collection tool used is a questionnaire with a sampel of 108 respondent. Sampling using the random sampling technique, namely by taking random samples that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The result of this study is the level of patient satisfaction on the dimension of reliability 81,88% (very satisfied), dimension of responsiveness 82,07% (very satisfied), dimension of emphaty 79,55% (satisfied), dimension of assurance 80,41% (satisfied), dimension of tangible 76,85 (satisfied) and average percentage of all dimensions is 80,15%. There is significant relationship (p<0,05) between the characteristics of gender and age with patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical service, while for the characteristics of education and work there is no significant relationship (p>0,05) with patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical service The conclusion of this study is that the average percentage of outpatient satisfaction levels at mirit public health center kebumen regency as a whole is 81 with the category of satisfied classification. There is a significant relationship between gender and age characteristics with patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services. The recommendation is need to pay attention to the quality that is already good to be maintained and improve the services that is still lacking if it needs to be improved againd for the better.
