Abstract

Background: The role of parents to their own generation 33 countries it is very was necessary because of learning that had previously been done at the school now Now are to be transferred to at home online. Therefore the role of parents become broader that had previously been taught the attitudes and behave who either in the presence of learning online. The role of parents grew to educator and playing role increased the motivation to study Objective: Know the relationship the role of older people in the motivation to study online at SDN 1 Danakerta. Methods: The quantitative methods were used in the study correlative with cross sectiona approach. Samples to be taken uses the method the total the sampling method of inclusion and ekslusi based on the criteria As many as 66 students consisting of the class 5th and 6th in sdn 1 danakerta. An instrument the research uses of the questionnaire was the role of parents and of the questionnaire was the motivation to study online Results: The frequency of the role of parents most common use is good category as many as 32 students (48,5 % ) while lowest frequency is the category of less. The frequency of the motivation to study data online who most common use is good category as many as 32 students ( 48,5 % ), Is the lack of this study and the lowest as much as 4 students ( 6.1 %). The results of the analysis using corelasi gamma ray found the results of p 0,001 there is the relationship between the role of parents with the motivation to study online. Conclusion: The existence of the relation between variables the role of parents with the motivation to study online at sdn 1 danakerta. Recommendation: In the next research can be done further research with the kind of research the experiment quasy intervention in the form of innovation which able to increase the motivation to study Keywords: role of parents, motivation, online learning
