Abstract
Background: Scientific paper is based on data obtained from various sources of literature which states that the lack of knowledge related to the lack of information is one of the basic human needs that need to be met, because if not met will experience anxiety, incomprehension in the prevention and treatmnet of disease. The purpose of writing: obtain a real picture about the lack of knowledge of nursing care related to lack of information on Mr. D in space Barokah PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Deal. Nursing care: nursing problems that arise is lack of knowledge of patients and families about the disease of the patient, and provide health educatuon. Conclusion: the evaluation conducted during three days the problem of lack of knowledge associated witk less information is resolved by conducting health education.
