Abstract

Background: Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease. Non-hemorrhagic stroke occurs when a blood vessel to the brain is blocked. Stroke patients are usually characterized by limb weakness and difficulty speaking or slurring. The AIUEO therapy method is where every movement of the speech organ and the sound produced by the nurse is followed by the patient. AIUEO therapy is performed on stroke patients who experience speech disorders or aphasia that is emphasized on the vowel letters of the alphabet.therapy is The token test to measure language skills through graphics or verbal and to determine speech development in motor aphasia patients. Objective: Explaining nursing care for non-hemorrhagic stroke (SNH) patients with AIUEO therapy techniques andtherapy the token test on the speaking ability of stroke patients who have motor aphysia. Results of nursing care: The results of the analysis of nursing action innovations (before and after) on the five clients managed with AIUEO therapy techniques andtherapy the token test experienced motor aphasia. Recommendation: The results of this study can be applied as an AIUEO therapy technique andtherapy the token test in non-hemorrhagic stroke (SNH) patients who experience motor aphasia.
