Due to the provision of an incision for hernia surgery. Pain management using non-pharmacological techniques, namely Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) therapy General purpose: To analyze nursing care and action innovations in postoperative hernia repair patients with acute pain nursing problems postoperative hernia repair with the application of SEFT in the Kenanga Room, Banjarnegara Hospital. Method: This research uses a descriptive case study design, using SEFT operational procedures and pain scale measurement instrument sheets. Using the Numeric Rating Scale pain scale with a value range of 0-10. The number of samples in this study were 5 postoperative hernia repair patients. Outcomes of nursing care: Assessment of patients aged 45-58 years, who underwent hernia repair surgery. Nursing diagnoses that emerged were all postoperative hernia repair patients experienced wound pain. Interventions were carried out for all patients by performing non-pharmacological therapy in the form of SEFT therapy. The evaluation of the five patients showed a decrease in the pain scale. Recommendations: There is an effect of SEFT therapy to reduce pain in postoperative hernia repair patients.
