Abstract

Background: Patients suffering from Diabetes Mellitus have nursing problems, namely the instability of blood glucose levels associated with impaired blood glucose tolerance. Purpose: To describe the results of the analysis of nursing care for the instability of blood glucose levels in Diabetes Mellitus patients in the Indraprasta room at Panti Waluyo Hospital, Purworejo Result: The nursing diagnosis that appears in the patient is the instability of blood glucose levels associated with impaired blood glucose tolerance. Action: Actions taken in handling instability of blood glucose levels are related to impaired blood glucose tolerance in clients, the authors carry out drinking water therapy. Evaluation: The evaluation results show that the diagnosis of unstable blood glucose levels associated with impaired blood glucose tolerance has been resolved
