Abstract
Background: low brith weight babies are born weighing less than 2.500 grams and not perfect maturity level organ,baby organs weak so very range of issues such as instability of body temperature. Hipotermy is the heat lossbelow the normal range wich can cause death in infants. Management used to prevent hypothermia is by doing kangaroo care method wich is able to raise the body temperature in infants, this method is done by the touch of skin rub between mother and baby. Purpose: the purpose of writing a scientific paper for an overview of the implmentation of the implementation of nursing care by comparing the results that have been done to address the problem of balance of body temperature (hypothermia) Nursing diagnosing: in the discussion of nursing problem that arise are hypothermic nutritonal imbalance is less than the body needs, risk of intection. Intervensi and implementasi: that has been done is to do kangaroo care method to increase body temperature. Evaluation: of evaluation will be undertaken for 3 days with the method infants increased temperatures from 35,3 C to 35,7 C
