Abstract
Background: Sectio caesarea can cause changes in the pattern of maternal activity, namely disturbances in physical mobility. Efforts to overcome physical mobility disorders in sectio caesarea mothers are recommended for mothers to mobilize as early as possible to maintain uterine contractions Objective: to explain the application of early mobilization nursing care to increase independence in postoperative sectio caesarea patients in the Bougenville Room of RSUD dr. Sudirman Kebumen. Method: descriptive with a case study approach. The case study subjects that will be studied are 5 postoperative sectio caesarea patients. The tools in this study were the nursing care format, the Nursing Kit, the format for assessing signs and symptoms of physical mobility disorders. Presentation of data that the author does by drawing conclusions based on subjective and objective data, which is presented in the documentation method and nursing care resume Results: The results of the study showed that the five patients complained that their legs were still difficult to move, felt thick, and had tingling sensations. The priority nursing diagnosis for the five patients was impaired physical mobility. The nursing interventions carried out were the application of Mobilization (I.05173) and Positioning (I.01019). The nursing implementation carried out is Mobilization Support (I.05173) and Positioning (I.01019). The results of the nursing evaluation on the five patients after the third day, showed increased physical mobility, the level of patient independence scores before the action, patient I scored 1 to 16, patient II scored 1 became 16, patient III scored 1 became 16, patient IV scored 0 became 16 and patient V score 0 to 15. There was a decrease in symptoms of impaired physical mobility and an increase in independence after the procedure. mobilization treatment. Recommendation: It is hoped that early post SC mobilization can be used in comprehensive maternity nursing care for pregnant women, especially to reduce signs of symptoms of impaired physical mobility.
