Abstract
Background : Based on the data of WHO in 2011, nearly 90% of the normal birth process acompaied with perineal seam, either with or without episiotomy. In 2009 the perineum is a problem that quite a lot in the community of Asia. 50 % of the rupture of the perineum in the world occur in Asia. The prevalence of mothers in Indonesia who have a ruptured perineum in the age of 25-30 years old is 24 %. While for maternity in the age of 31-39 years is 62 % . Discomfort, such as pain experienced by mothers with post partum perineal rupture that spontaneously depends on the degree of rupture suffered. The simple method that can be used naturally to reduce pain is by giving a cold compress on the wound. In addition to cold compresses, there is another way, that is murotal Qur'an therapy . Objective : To reduce perineal wound and pain using analgesic cold compresses and relaxation murotal Qur'an towards Mrs. N, 25 year-old mother in private midwifery clinic of Midwife Munjiah at Mengkowo, Kebumen. Method:This scientific paper uses descriptive qualitative method with case study approach. The case study was conducted by examining Mrs. N, 25 year-old mother. That was done by giving a cold compress and analgesic therapy for the wound by using murotal perineal relaxation during 6 hours post partum up to 3 days post partum . Result: A cold compress analgesic by murotal Qur'an relaxation greatly affect wound perineal pain of Mrs. N during 6 hours post partum up to 3 days post partum prior therapy pain scale at 4-6 and after therapy pain scale was decreasing up to tion-3 . Conclusion: Analgesics cold compresses and murotal Qur'an relaxcan can reduce pain in the perineal sutures post partum mothers.
