Abstract

Background: Enuresis is characterized by excessive urine production at night, anxiety and stress, family history of bedwetting, restful sleep and sleep disturbances. The application of therapy is very helpful in preventing children from experiencing enuresis. Ways to reduce enuresis include using toilet training therapy, modeling images and videos. Objective: To describe the application of nursing care using the toilet training modeling method, images and videos. Methods: This scientific paper was descriptive analytic with a case study approach. Data obtained through assessment, interview, observation. Results: Based on research conducted by researchers, the results obtained before the toilet training modeling method was carried out on An. F got a score of 3 and after being taught toilet training modeling with pictures and videos was rose to 8, to An. A Before toilet training modeling the score was 4 and after being taught was rose to 8, and in An. A before the toilet training modeling therapy got a score of 4, after being taught toilet training modeling therapy with pictures and videos was rose to 8. Conclusion: The image and video modeling toilet training method can help reduce enuresis in preschool children in Adikarto Village.
