Abstract

Background back: CVA ( Cerebro ) stroke Vascular Accident ) ) is a neurological disease that occurs due to tissue damage quickly until it occurs suddenly it is caused by the brain due to the sudden cessation or reduction of blood supply. So to overcome this problem can be done by means of rubber ball therapy but it can also be done with ROM, and acupressure therapy. Objective: To determine the effect of giving rubber ball therapy to increase muscle strength in stroke patients. Method: This writing used a descriptive method, namely the scientific method that functions to describe a picture of the object about what will be studied through a collection of several existing data. Results: After applying rubber ball therapy to increase muscle strength in stroke patients, the results showed that there was an increase in patients one from three to four, two from two to three, three from three to four. Conclusion: From the results of the study, rubber ball therapy can increase muscle strength in stroke patients. Recommendation: The application of rubber ball therapy can be used to increase muscle strength in stroke patients.
