Abstract
Background : The percentage caused by diarrheal disease in children each year increases by about 20% of the 10 million children who die each year. Because indeed at school age children are very susceptible to health problems, especially in maintaining cleanliness and the food factors consumed by children very day when children are active outside the home or at school without being noticed by their parents and family. Purpose : Describes family nursing care with developmental stages in school-age children with health behavior problems tend to be at risk of diarrheal disease Methode : This research uses descriptive analysis method with case study approach. The subjects of this case study are 3 families of school-age children. Data analysis and data presentation used is using narrative techniques. Result : Increased knowledge of parents about clean and healty living behavior (PHBS). It was found that the families of Mr.K, Mr.T, and Mr.M received prevention of diarrhea by washing hands properly and properly with soap, as well as implementing clean and gealthy living behaviors. Recommendation : Health education to increase parents knowledge about prevention and management of risky diseases in school-age children.
