Abstract

Background: Stroke is a disease that occurs suddenly due to abnormal blood circulation in the brain, which lasts more than 24 hours or can result in death. Stroke has an impact on decreasing cerebral perfusion, good treatment can prevent complications, improve the patient's ability in daily activities, and the patient's quality of life. The risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion is a condition where a person is at risk for decreased blood circulation to the brain. Management in increasing oxygen saturation is by using Head up position 30°. Objective: Analyzing nursing care Risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion in patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke (SNH) accompanied by a 30° Head up position. Methods: This case study involved 5 respondents with the criteria of stroke patients who experienced the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion accompanied by a decrease in oxygen saturation. The intervention referred to SIKI with Head up position 30°. Nursing Care Outcomes: In this case study of the five patients, the risk of cerebral perfusion was ineffective, with nursing intervention actions given by the Head up position 30°. This action is given 2x24 hours 30 minutes. Of the five patients after being given the Head up 30° position, the oxygen saturation changes in each patient on average 1-2% increased from the previous oxygen saturation measured using oximetry. Recommendation : The results of this study can be applied to stroke patients who are at risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion.
