Abstract

The background health services that can satisfy every service user in accordance with the level of statisfactionand its implementation in accordance with service standards that have been set by Miniser of Health Regulation No.73 of 2016. The standar of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies can be used as a visitor satisfaction survey as one of the evaluations to asses the resut of the implementation of pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. This stufy aims to obtain the level of patient statisfaction with pharmaceutical services at Buayan District. The method this research is a descriptive study which means to prove directly and systematically the level of visitor statisfaction with pharmaceutical services at Buayan distric with descriptive observation sampling techniques, sampling techniques using the solvin formula, namely sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The result the results of the study obtained the level of visitor satisfaction on the assurance dimension 71,98% (satisfied), dimension of reliability 72,1% (satisfied), dimension of assurance 67,07% (statisfied) and dimension olf emphaty 72,37% (statisfied). Produced an average of 67.09% (satisfied). There is a significant relationship (p<0.05) between gender characteristics and the reliability dimension resulting in a p-value 0,035, the age characteristics with the assurance dimension the result a p-value of 0,039 and the last education characteristics with rhe assurance dimension produces a p-value 0,027. The conclusion this research shows that the average percentage level of pharmacy visitor satisfaction with pharmaceutical services as a whole is 67.09% with a satisfied category. There is a significant relationship between the characteristics of gender, age and education level with visitor satisfaction with pharmaceutical services. The recomendation special attention is needed on the quality that is already good to be maintained and improve the service that is still lacking and improved again so that it becomes better than before.
