Abstract

Putra Kembar Bakery is a bread industry in Karanganyar District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java Province. Sales of Bakery products over the past three months have decreased dramatically. To ensure the sustainability of the company, it is necessary to plan the right marketing strategy. In this research, the design of marketing strategies was carried out by methods Marketing Mix 7P (prize, product, promotion, process, people, place, physical evidence). The research phase begins with the identification of sales history, reseller data, competitor bread, and the quality of Putra Kembar Bakery bread. The next step is to determine the marketing strategy based on Marketing Mix criteria using SWOT. The results showed an IFAS weight value of 2.03 and an EFAS weight value of 0.96. This condition indicates that the company is in quadrant 1 which means it needs to implement an aggressive strategy.
