Abstract
Background: Obedience to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of infusion application is a clinical intervention conducted at hospital as one of competencies in Human Basic Need learning block. Usually, students get nervous to apply infusion on their patients at the first time as new experience for them. Objective: To determine the correlation between anxiety and obedience to the SOP of infusion application at the first time on patients by the second year bachelor of nursing student at Muhammadiyah Health Science Institute of Gombong. Methods : Deskriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. Total sampling of 90 respondent by the second year bachelor of nursing student at muhammadiyah health science institute of gombong Research result : The statistical correlation obtained kendal thau by result in pre interaction stage p=0,043 (<0,05) and orientation stage p=0,048 (<0,05) . while in job stage p=0,585 (>0,05) and termination stage p=0,359 (>0,05) Conclusion : There is a correlation between anxiety and obedience to the sop of infusion application at the first time on patients by the second year bachelor of nursing student at muhammadiyah health science institute of gombong preinteraction stage and orientation stage. While in job stage and termination stage no correlation between anxiety and obedience infusion installation sop compliance that first time on the patient
