Abstract
Background: Preeclampsia has a huge negative impact on maternal and perinatal health degrees, especially in developing countries. The disease is the leading cause of nearly one-third of the one million maternal deaths in developing countries and is a large contributor to a large proportion of more than six million perinatal deaths, about eight million premature births and nearly twenty million low birth weight babies. Purpose: To Find out the Picture of Maternal and Perinatal Outcomes in Childbirth with Preeclampsia of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Method: The type of research used in this study is descriptive using a retrospective approach. The sample size in this study was 132 respondents using the total sampling technique. The analysis in this study only used univariate analysis. Result:. Hunivariate test results in maternal outcomes in childbirth with preeclampsia at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital, most of whom experience HELLP Syndrome, which is 54 repondents (40.9%). Perinatal patients in childbirth with preeclampsia at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital mostly experienced BBLR, which was 46 repondents (34.8%) Conclusion: HELLP syndrome and BBLR are the most maternal and perinatal outcomes in cases of childbirth with preeclampsia at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital
