Abstract
Background: Chronic kidney disease is a major cause of public health problems in the world. One of the treatments that can be done to minimize the risk of further kidney damage is hemodialysis. Haemodialysis is a procedure that the patient will do for the rest of his life. For that we need a therapy that can be done by patients to reduce anxiety. With dzikir therapy, which reminds the patient to get closer to the almighty creator. So it is hoped that the patient's anxiety during Hemodialysis will decrease. Objective: Describe Nursing Care of Chronic Kidney Disease Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis With Anxiety Nursing Problems Through Dhikr Therapy at Palang Biru Kutoarjo Hospital. Method: This scientific writing uses a descriptive case study design. The subjects of the case study were 5 CKD patients who experienced anxiety problems. Collecting data with observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis using univariate analysis. Presentation of data in a frequency distribution table. Results: Evaluation of patient 1 experienced an anxiety level from a score of 14 to 7, patient 2 experienced an anxiety level from 15 to 7, patient 3 from a score of 17 to 7, patient 4 from an anxiety score of 12 to 5 and the fifth patient experienced an anxiety level from a score of 16 to 7. These results indicate a decrease in the level of anxiety from a heavy or moderate scale to a mild anxiety scale. Conclusion: The results of applying dzikir are effective in reducing anxiety levels in CKD patients with hemodialysis.
