Abstract

Background : A radiology installation is a hospital medical support installation that provides radiological examinations such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. Service mismatches will lead to customer dissatisfaction, while high-quality service will increase customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is an emotional response related to a particular product or service purchased. Purpose : To determine the level of patient satisfaction in radiology installations for out patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Method : Descriptive quantitative research with a survey method used a cross- sectional approach. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The research instrument used a patients satisfaction questionnaire on radiology services. Data were processed with SPSS-25 and analyzed using the univariate test in the form of percentages. Result : The results showed that the majority of patient satisfaction with direct evidence were 65 people (6500%), dimensions of empathy were 85 people (85,0%), dimensions of reliability were 82 people (82,0%), dimensions of responsiveness were 89 people (89,0%), and the guarantee dimension was 79 people (79,0%). Conclusion : The majority of respondents were satisfied by the services at the Radiology Installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital based on the categories of direct evidence dimensions, empathy dimensions, reliability dimensions, responsiveness dimensions, and assurance dimensions. Recommendation : Future research are expected to examine the relationship between the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at radiology installations.
