Abstract

Background: Chronic kidney failure (CKD) is a progressive disease characterized by irreversible decline in kidney function. CKD can cause various complications, including anxiety. Anxiety is an emotional response characterized by feelings of anxiety, worry and restlessness. Anxiety can interfere with a patient's ability to undergo CKD disease management. Objective: Conducting Nursing Care for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Patients with Anxiety Nursing Problems with Nursing Interventions Providing Self-Efficacy in RSUD PROF Dr. Margono Soekarjo Method: This research uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The research subjects were 5 CKD patients with a nursing diagnosis of anxiety. Data collection was carried out using nursing care formats, Nursing Kits, and action innovation SOPs. Results: The results of a study conducted on patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis found that their main complaint was anxiety. The priority nursing diagnosis for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients undergoing hemodialysis is anxiety. Nursing interventions and implementation are carried out by taking a calm and friendly approach, listening attentively to patient complaints, providing information and education about anxiety, helping patients to develop healthy coping strategies, and providing coaching support for managing CKD for 30 minutes. The results of nursing evaluations for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients show a decrease in anxiety levels. Action innovations show a decrease in anxiety symptoms after implementing self-efficacy measures through coaching support to manage CKD in chronic kidney failure (CKD) patients undergoing hemodialysis. The patient experienced a decrease in Anxiety 2-8 Recommendation: It is hoped that hospitals will make standard SOPs for innovations in self-efficacy actions through coaching support.
