Background, tuberkulosis is a contagious infectious disease caused by infection with Mycobacterium Tuberkulosis bacteria known as BTA. The 2030 SDG target is to reduce TB mortality by 90% and reduce TB incidence by 80%. Several factors are associated with the incidence of tuberkulosis transmission including wall type, floor condition, ventilation area, occupancy density and behavior of tuberkulosis patients with the incidence of tuberkulosis transmission in family members. Objective research, identify factors associated with the incidence of tuberkulosis transmission in family members. Method research, cross sectional design. The study population was 88 respondents of tuberkulosis patients. The research sample was all 88 respondents of tuberkulosis patients. The sampling technique used total sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire sheets for demographic data and behavioral questionnaires of TB patients and observation sheets for wall type, floor condition, ventilation area, and occupancy density. Data analysis test with chi square using SPSS. Results, there is an association between wall type (p=0.000), floor condition (p=0.003), ventilation area (p=0.014), occupancy density (p=0.004) and the behavior of tuberkulosis patients (p=0.001) with the incidence of tuberkulosis transmission among family members in the Mojotengah Health Center Working Area.. Conclusion, there is an association between wall type, floor condition, ventilation area, occupancy density and behavior of tuberkulosis patients with the incidence of tuberkulosis transmission among family members.. Recommendation, further research is needed on variabels that have not been studied, such as drug compliance, smoking habits, and personal hygiene
