Abstract
Background: Heart disease is still the first cause of death in the world (WHO,2020) and the number of STEMI incidents at RSU Siaga Medika Banyumas in 2022 is 158 cases, consisting of 92 cases of men, 66 cases of women, and from 2023 to May there are 104 cases, consisting of men. -50 cases of men, 54 cases of women with complaints of chest pain after early mobilization which affected the patient's heart rate and consciousness. Research objective: To determine the effect of level 1 progressive early mobilization on heart rate in STEMI patients at Siaga Medika Banyumas General Hospital. Research Method: Quantitative research method, namely pre-experiment using a quasi-experimental design of one group pre test and post test, the statistical test used was the Wilcoxon statistical test with a total of 34 respondents. Research results: It was found that the Z value was -2.754 with a significant number or probability value for the heart rate of 0.006, much lower than 0.05 or (p < α), so H1 was accepted, which means there was an effect of level 1 progressive early mobilization on the heart rate in patients. STEMI at Siaga Medika Banyumas General Hospital. Conclusion: In this study there was an effect of level 1 progressive early mobilization on heart rate in STEMI patients at Siaga Medika Banyumas General Hospital. Recommendations for future researchers: Use as basic data for further research and it is hoped that future research will use time, energy and be as efficient as possible and involve families in this research.
