Abstract
Introduction: Breastfeeding is a natural process with a significant influence on the welfare of the baby, mother, and family. However, mothers often fail to breastfeed or stop breastfeeding early. The World Health Organization reports that breastfeeding success only reached 36% in 2022 globally. In Indonesia, the coverage of breastfeeding success in 2021 was 61.33%. In Asia, the rate is still the same as the global percentage, namely 36% indicating that breastfeeding success is still below 50% of the population. Objective: To identify the before and after the implementation of Family Centered Maternity Care Education through Home Care on Breastfeeding Successin Post-partum Mothers at the Permata Ibu Clinic. Method: This observational study used an analytical design in which the researcher observed and analyzed the effect of an independent variable (exposure) on a dependent variable (disease), or the relationship between the two variables without deliberately providing exposure. /treatment/intervention. This study involved 120 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used bivariate analysis and data were tested using the Wilcoxson test Results: The Wilcoxon Test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means the Family Centered Maternity Care Education through Home Care influences the breastfeeding success in Post- partum mothers at the Permata Ibu Clinic. Conclusion: The Family Centered Maternity Care Education through Home Care influences the Breastfeeding Success in Postpartum Mothers
