Abstract
Background: Changes in blood pressure can occur during hemodialysis (HD). Changes can occur, increasing or decreasing blood pressure. Based on patient characteristics, HD duration time factors, Interdialytic Weight Gain (IDWG), Quick of Blood (QB), Ultrafiltration Goal (UFG ), anti-hypertension drugs are associated with changes in blood pressure in hemodialysis patients at KRT Setjonegoro Hospital, Wonosobo. Objective: To determine the factors that influence changes in blood pressure in hemodialysis patients at KRT Setjonegoro Hospital, Wonosobo Method: Quantitative research type with a cross sectional approach. The sample size was 78 respondents with a total sampling technique. The research instruments used observation sheets and sphygmomanometers. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: A total of 45 respondents experienced an increase in blood pressure while 33 respondents experienced a decrease in blood pressure. HD duration time factor (p value: 0.043), IDWG (p value: 0.015) UFG (p value: 0.01) anti-hypertension medication (p value: 0.04) has an effect on changes in blood pressure, while the QB factor (pvalue: 0.451) has no effect on changes in blood pressure. Conclusion: The time factors for the duration of HD, IDWG, UFG, antihypertension drugs influence changes in blood pressure, while the QB factor does not influence changes in blood pressure.
