Abstract
Bacground, The elderly (elderly) is a life process haracterized by changes or decreases in the body's potential to adapt to environmental stress. Falls are a common problem for the elderly. More than one-third of the elderly 30% of the elderly fall every year. Balance exercise is an intervention to overcome the problem of falling risk in the elderly. Objective, Analyzing Nursing Care with the Main Problem of Fall Risk in the Elderly by Implementing Balance Exercises. Methodology, The design used is a case report approach (case study) by taking as subjects 4 elderly family patients with a risk of falling. As a result of nursing care, nursing problems are the risk of falling with the client's data experiencing balance disorders and the risk of falling. The results the Morse False Scale (MFS) assessment for all patiens were obtained that the majority had a low risk of falling with a score of 25-50. Actions are carried out by the application of balance exercises for 2 weeks of 8 meetings. The majirity of balance exercise results decreased after being given actions. The most decreased, namely Mrs. M from a score of 50 to 25 (50%) while the lowest, namely Mr.T from a score of 50 to 40 or 20%. The recommendation is expected to carry out case studies with more respondents and can apply other companion therapies un reducing the risk of falls
