Abstract
Background: Chronic disease is a condition where the kidney continues to function normally and is progressively damaged and often leads to excess fluids. As a result, fluids may accumulate and cause swelling, especially in the legs, legs, and face The way to handle edema on ankle pumping is an activity where extra-liquid is pumped into the blood vessel and back into the heart. Ankle pumping exercise aims to help reduce edema and increase the circulation of blood flow. Objective: Describing nursing care in chronic renal failure with hypervolemia over ankle pumping exercise and 300 foot elevation. Methods: This research was qualitative with descriptive approach. Data collection in this method is by using 3 respondents at 18 to 65 Results: After an application of olive oil therapy on the wounds during the 6 times the reddish, ecsudate, and the odor drops. And also obtained results of the reduced wounds to an average of 1.64 cm Prior to ankle pumping and 300-foot elevation of the three patients have increased by four degrees, but after ankle pumping and 300 feet of elevation of the three patients, they declined by an average of two degrees. Recommendation: Ankle pumping exercise by itself employs muscle contractions that give emphasis to the vein vein, altering the central nerve structure so as to maximize the process of sodium oxidation, potassium is absorbed into the blood vessels and diffuse of the body's blood vessels so that edema may be eliminated.
