Abstract
Background: Postpartum is a time of recovery after childbirth until all reproductive organs are restored to normal. This is a transformation that lasts about six weeks. One of the problems of the nifas period is the inability of the mother to breastfeeding during the nifas period. Now, any client that shows up on a Suckling client is ineffective. Objective: Describing the nursing care in patients after seminal lactation is ineffective using rolling messege massage therapy. Methods: The research was qualitative with a descriptive method, administering rolling messege massage therapy in post-section post, data gathering through the analytical data later presented to the survey by all 3 clients and a 3-day treatment. Results: The application of rolling messege massages in sectile patients in an effort to streamline a baby in a proper way increases, baby increases in breast regeneration, drip/stream of breast increases, baby weeps after Suckling, relief supplies increase with the result of rolling messege therapy the first to the third day increases. Recommendation: Rolling messege massages are one of the solutions to the misproduction of the mother post literacy.
